gyrogyro The most exciting music, new yet with a scent of nostalgia. Exquisite. Melodic, poetic musicianship, subtle yet profound with surprising expression and nuance. The vocals, soft yet somehow precise, acute, addictive; on point and pitch perfect. I can't stop listening, hearing, understanding. New Poetry, music in itself--not exclusive at all, ripe with freshness, ready, stunning and inclusive. Favorite track: Swan Growth.

about

This is the first single/b-side from the ongoing project by Cortlandt Alley entitled "Icecap Bounce Fail," a transmutation with Dennis Wilson's 1977 masterwork, "Pacific Ocean Blue" serving as its starting block.

Each song carries forward the tempo and key signature of the original along with anagrams, erasures, and rearrangements of the titles and lyrics.

Everything is the same; nothing is the same.
