Swan Growth

about

This is the first single from the ongoing project by Cortlandt Alley entitled "Icecap Bounce Fail," a transmutation with Dennis Wilson's 1977 masterwork, "Pacific Ocean Blue" serving as its starting block.

Each song carries forward the tempo and key signature of the original along with anagrams, erasures, and rearrangements of the titles and lyrics.

Everything is the same; nothing is the same.

lyrics

Love the way you believe
You’re standin’ in the door
Love the way you believe
You’re holdin’ down the floor

So what's wrong swan growth
what's wrong?
What's wrong swan growth?

Can’t live without your words
Can’t live without your money
Can’t live without your words
So I think I’ll live without you

So what's wrong swan growth
what's wrong?
What's wrong swan growth?

I'm gone, I'm gone.
I'm gone, I'm gone.

So what's wrong swan growth
what's wrong?
What's wrong swan growth?
